Mudjacking

Residential - Commercial

The Process:

  • Uneven and sunken concrete slabs can be raised and leveled by injecting a specially formulated, flowable, grout material underneath the slab through 2-inch holes drilled through the concrete. This material fills voids under the slab, then lifts and supports the concrete slab.
  • After re-establishing a proper level and grade, the access holes are filled with concrete to complete the process.

Benefits:

  • The additional support from slab jacking actually strengthens the slab because it provides a foundation that has been lost due to backfill settling, rodent tunneling or erosion that has occured over the years.
  • This process take only a few hours, performed by 2 or 3 of our knowlegeable, friendly technicians, leaving the area available for use in a day or less.

The cost to have this process performed is fraction of the price of removing and replacing your existing concrete slab.
